A botanical, watercolour, illustration of a flowering stem of Yarrow.

Yarrow is traditionally used to counter infection and heal wounds. It is an antiseptic. Yarrow can be used effectively as a bug spray, though re-applying every 5-10 minutes is required. Yarrow can be used to help treat UTIs. An excellent substitute for toothpaste, Yarrow is good for oral care. Yarrow can be helpful when sprayed into a sore throat.

We would like to acknowledge, with gratitude and appreciation, that the land on which we walk and live is the traditional territories of the Sinixt, the Syilx, and the Ktunaxa peoples, and is home to many other indigenous persons, including the Inuit and Metis.
