Self Heal is an incredible scentless mint which is deeply nourishing. The leaves and flowers contain more antioxidants - which prevent cancer and heart disease, than any other plant tested. It has strong anti-viral properties. A polysaccharide in self-heal has specific activity against the Herpres virus, at least in lab animals.  Some hebalists recommend self-heal for PCOS.
